It’s going to happen. You just don’t know when.. Kinda like giving birth. You could have a good experience or a really bad experience. Waves of pain and times and then it’s ok for a bit. And we’re talking about teething. We asked moms on Instagram for their tips and tricks to get through teething and some of their advice is below. We also have some great go-to teethers to ease your teething pains!

“Teething beads have been our best go to. You can freeze them as well.”

“Get some popsicle molds and freeze breastmilk!”

-Check out Chewbeads for fashionable jewelry that’s safe for baby to touch, tug and chew!

“Frozen teething toys and the teething tablets that haven’t been banned.” -Wait.. banned? In case you haven’t heard.. The FDA has recently put out a warning against homeopathic teething tablets and gels. As with anything baby related, always do your research on things you’re giving your child!

If those teethers aren’t quite cutting it for you and you’d like some additional support you could try Copaiba essential oil. Copaiba essential oil is known for its high levels of beta-caryophyllene and a sweet aroma. It’s main use is for physical discomfort. To use for teething support: dilute to 1% and apply to gums or chin/lip area.
