Did you catch my stories last week on homemade Gatorade and solé? I had no idea about this stuff until a few months ago and once I learned more about it, I had to get on the train! I’m making sure I consume good things and try to keep myself healthy and feel good all the time. My thoughts have shifted to “is this good for my body?” That’s not always how it was and when I’m tired- it sure isn’t first! One step at a time! Always making changes, always making progress! 🙌🏼✨
