Monday morning was rough. 👎🏼 It started early, and by 11am I had lost my ish so many times. I made a second coffee ☕️ because my first one got dumped on the carpet, and then I took a minute to think how things could go better the rest of the day. Surely my kids didn’t want to see the mean mom anymore.. and neither did I. I sipped some coffee, looked up, saw my oils and walked over to them. I grabbed the ✌🏼 peace and calming, put 10 drops in the diffuser, filled it with water, turned it on and stood there. Inhale, exhale. 💆🏼♀️ Repeat for a few minutes until I could mentally reset and make a choice to make the second half of the day better than the first. ✨ I sure hope these “unprecedented times” are over soon and I know I’m not alone. Until then, peace and calming, stress away and valor are helping me reset and keep my cool.
