Chocolate + Spinach Protein Smoothie

OK………. we’d all love to be a little healthier, eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water. But sometimes that is HARD when you’re busy, have little time to prepare, you’re tired because your baby is still not sleeping through the night, etc. I know, trust me. And when fruits and vegetables aren’t your favorite thing, it’s hard enough to eat them, let alone WANT to eat them!

I recently decided to try THIS chocolate protein powder from Young Living. I was skeptical because I’ve tried other protein powders in the past and they were ok, but not something I’d want to buy again. But this protein powder is the BEST chocolate protein powder I’ve ever had! I’m addicted. Crave it. Can’t wait to have it every day! And it smells like brownie mix. Heaven.

Ingredients:

1 banana

Pure Protein Complete – Chocolate Deluxe – I do 1 scoop, serving size is 2 scoops

Handful organic spinach

1/4 Cup Almonds

1/2 – 1 Cup Organic Coconut Milk, depending on how thick you prefer

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend!
